A refurbished product is a device that has undergone inspection, cleaning, and repair (if necessary) to ensure optimal performance. Although it may show minor signs of use, it is in perfect working order and is a cost-effective and sustainable option.
Yes, all of our refurbished products undergo rigorous quality controls to ensure they meet our standards. Each device undergoes extensive testing and is refurbished to ensure it's working perfectly.
Depending on the product, some refurbished devices may include original accessories, while others include high-quality, compatible accessories. We specify what's included in each product description.
Yes, a refurbished product offers the same performance as a new one at a fraction of the price. Plus, it comes with a warranty for your peace of mind.
At ROOLAYMO, we offer refurbished products in three quality categories to suit different needs:
1. Refurbished – Excellent: Devices in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of use. They may have some light scratches that are barely noticeable and do not affect the device's operation at all. Battery level is at least 90%.
2. Refurbished – Very Good: Devices in very good condition with some visible signs of use. They may have some scratches or superficial impacts that do not affect performance or functionality. Battery level at least 85% capacity.
3. Refurbished – Good: Devices in good condition with visible signs of use. They may have scratches or external impacts that do not affect operation. In some cases, these devices may include compatible parts that are not original, but that ensure full functionality of the device. Battery level at least 80%.
Warranty and Support
All refurbished mobile phones and computers at ROOLAYMO come with a 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not due to misuse.
Most new accessories and other electronic products come with a 6- to 12-month warranty, depending on the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.
If your product develops a defect during the warranty period, please contact our support team using the contact information provided on our website. We will help you arrange for a repair or replacement.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary between 2-7 business days depending on location. In some cases, certain products may require additional processing time, and we will notify you in the event of a delay.
Yes, once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number in your email so you can check its status and estimated delivery date.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will make a new attempt or inform you where you can pick up your order at the nearest delivery center.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, we offer a 15-day return period from receipt of the product. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of excessive use, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-20 business days using the original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and, if applicable, provide you with instructions for returning and replacing the item.
Payments and Security

We do not currently offer financing options, but we are evaluating the possibility of adding this option in the future.
